my personal purposes. I will not use the web site to market, sell, trade
or barter any products or services

I accept full responsibility for the information including graphic images
and computer files posted on the site. I will maintain a complete copy of
the file or files constituting my website on my computer or file storage
device at my primary computer location; PiasaNet has no responsibility
or obligation to back-up my web site files. I shall defend, indemnify and
save PiasaNet harmless from and against any and all suits,
proceedings, claims, liabilities, damages, actions, losses, expenses
(including attorney's fees) and demands arising in connection with or
resulting from any actual or alleged infringement of or interference with
any copyright, patent, trade secret or other proprietary right related to
my use of the UserWeb, any actual or implied libel, defamation or other
claim relating to a communication made by me or any other claim by a
third party relating to my use of the User Web.
